Are your products also for outdoor growers?
Yes! Though our media is manufactured indoors and excels in the controlled environments of greenhouse and indoor growing spaces, our products are also stellar outdoor soils. Because we have created a great growing environment that maximizes the volume available for root growth, growers who use containers or planters can achieve significant cost savings and performance improvement by using our soils.
For example, on our research farm we moved from 400 gallon to 200 gallon and then to 65 gallon containers with adequate irrigation. We have customers growing outdoors in containers as small as 7 gallon. An ideal solution is our prefilled 10 or 20 gallon grow bags. Outdoor plants will need fertilization, but you will not need to add amendments as you will typically do for lower quality outdoor soils.
