My order arrived damaged. What do I do?

If a pallet arrives at your facility damaged, please note that damage on the drivers' paperwork and take pictures. You should also report the damage to your sales rep, and bio365 will take care of making any damage claims with the carrier. Please also provide sales order or invoice numbers and lot numbers to speed up our investigation into what went wrong. Pallets should only be refused if they are the wrong product or completely unusable for some reason.
