I found something that is not soil in my soil?

bio365 works very hard to keep garbage out of our materials and production processes. We carefully select raw material suppliers who follow good practices, and we evaluate our raw materials when they arrive at our facility, looking for contamination. We keep our own machinery in good working order so it doesn't leave bits in the soil, and our team members follow policies to keep food wrappers and other garbage out of our production facility.

If you do find contamination in your soil, please let us know along with the lot number of the soil you found it in, if you have it. We take this contamination very seriously and will make every effort to find out where it came from so it doesn't happen again, including tracing it back to our raw material suppliers' production and working with them to make sure the problem is reported and addressed.
